This is my second favorite cut of beef, my favorite being a tenderloin cooked medium rare, but more on the rare side.
There is not a lot to say about this steak other than it is mouth-watering good!!!
I believe that the best way to enjoy a tender tasty steak is on a grill, but you can broil or pan fry this morsel of goodness if you like.
Our Strip Steaks are cut 1.5” thick and sold per steak not by the pound.
