We like to make jerky that you will not find at the grocery or corner store. 

Our Horseradish jerky has a slightly sharp flavor tempered with Rosemary and Thyme. This is one of my favorites and once people try it, they typically become big fans! We do not use any preservatives so when you review it store in the freezer or refrigerate to prevent it from spoiling.
