I am from Texas and only eat brisket one way, SMOKED!
BEEF USA says that other people might roast this, slice it for Stir fry, or cook it in a pressure cooker, although I do not know why someone would cook it any other way than smoking it.
I could be wrong, my mother's family is English, therefore I am sure one might boil this lovely roast as well (what a shame).
